Navajo Western Saddle Pad
I ordered this pad on line and there was no box to tick for color selection so I sent the order and an email to say I would like a blue one preferably, or purple but definitely not the pink as I have an orange (chestnut) horse. I received the pad in the mail within approx 1 week, but it was PINK? I rang BORRAQ contact number on the order straight away to enquire why this had happened and I spoke to a very rude man with an accent who told me the description of assorted color on the website meant he could send me any color he liked? I asked why he did not reply to my email to give me the opportunity to cancel my order if my color request was not possible and he said he did not care about my email? I have no problem with the quality of the product but the customer service and attitude is very disappointing. I will not recommend this business to anyone for that reason. Does anyone want to buy a cheap PINK pad??
