Western Dee Bit Curved mouth, Copper Ring Rollers & Copper Inlays
Western Dee Bit, Snaffle has a curved mouthpiece with Copper Inlays and in addition there are two Copper rings fitted in the roller which encourages saliva production and acceptance of the bit by horse.
This Roller Port Mouth bit provided comfort and relaxation for your horse because it applies less tongue pressure and more freedom for the tongue thus distributes the tongue pressure exerted by the rider's unsteady hands.
The straight bars of the Dee-ring provide a slight lateral guiding effect as the opposite bit ring creates a push in the direction of the activated rein i.e. for example, if the left rein is pulled the right Dee-ring will create a push in left direction, pushing the sides of the Dee against the horse's mouth, thus encouraging a smooth turn.
It is a more effective way of communicating with both workout and experienced horses.
